Based on the management philosophy of “aiming to become a company that is trusted by society,” Nikko Rica Corporation has established the following basic policy of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to ensure the continuation of core business operations as well as facilitate the early recovery of operations even in the event of a major earthquake or other disasters. The Plan will be carried out with the efforts of every employee.

Basic Policy of BCP

Nikko Rica Corporation aims to minimize interruptions of business operations in the event of a major disaster, accident or other such event, and ensure the safety of employees, maintain employment, continue transactions with client companies, secure the confidence and trust of customers and others concerned, as well as ensure stable management, through the development of BCP.

Action Policy
  • Identify possible disasters and take measures to avoid and reduce risks in advance to minimize damage.

  • Take measures to ensure the safety of employees and human life and avoid injuries, in the event of a disaster.

  • When a disaster strikes, restart operations based on the early recovery plan to fulfill the responsibility of supplying products to customers and maintain the relationship of trust with customers, as well as provide job security for employees.

  • Build a corporate culture of awareness to perform corporate social responsibilities and continue business through mutual cooperation with client companies.
