Nikko Rica has defined "aiming to be a company trusted by society" for participation by all employees, not just part of the organization or some employees, without conducting "CSR activities" as special activities for our fifth 3-year plan. The vision of Nikko Rica is to understand the main themes regarding handling resources, environmental protection, and the entire plant among a rapidly changing economy and corporate stance to response to all of the needs of chemicals and to continue to pioneer specialty chemicals and new materials. Furthermore, we will continue to promote "principals of our company", "company philosophy", "company policies", "quality policies", and "environmental policies" based on a shared value with all of our employees and promote company activities that continue to gain trust with the community. We ask all of our employees to work everyday understanding and identify compliance, company philosophy, vision, and value.

Nikko Rica performs business activities that are expected to contribute to developing a sustainable society, and the standards for our actions adhere to "a foundation of decision-making of company, quality, and environmental policies as a company". Establishment of CSR Promotion Committee

Nikko Rica has established a CSR promotion committee. This performs specific actions based on business philosophy and business policy which are the strategy for company actions, corrects our trajectory through oversight and monitoring of the results and then implements reflects and responsibility.
